Failure to pay the correct postage may result in the rejection of the return, and the items will be sent back to you. To be eligible for returns or refunds, the items must be sent to us within 10 working days of contacting our team. Any returns received after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned items, our expert team will thoroughly test and inspect them to ensure any issues were not caused by owner fault and that they are in suitable condition for return or refund.
