If we can’t repair or replace the item, a refund will be issued. Excessive handling may result in a reduced refund amount.
Once we receive the returned items, our expert team will thoroughly test and inspect them to ensure any issues were not caused by owner fault and that they are in suitable condition for return or refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for the items to be checked and for the replacement to be dispatched or for a refund to be issued.
